My name is coach Ali, and I have coached many women over the last eight-plus years.
For most of my teen years, I struggled with my weight. After many years of yo-yo dieting, losing weight, gaining it back, and going through many extremes, I knew that to be the best version of myself, I needed to focus on a healthier lifestyle and personal development.
I trained vigorously for competitions and put my body under a lot of stress for many years resulting in injuries. After having surgery on both knees, I committed to learning more about the body, so I decided to go to school for Sports Medicine and Exercise Science.
My process of self-discovery happened over many years. Through trial and error, formal and informal education, I learned about my body, and I decided that I needed to share this knowledge that has now transformed women's lives around me.
